Here’s a pic of my bicep. When I talk to people about working out they often ask me about bicep training. What I do is a little different than most. It may not work for everyone but it works for me.
-I never do barbell curls. I prefer dumbbell curls as they hit the biceps more directly.
-I do a lot of chin-ups. Most guys seem to think that bodyweight exercises can’t build mass. Those guys are wrong.
-A lot of people do the lower rep range(6-8 reps) with heavier weights. I prefer going higher(12-15 reps) with lighter weights.
I’ve built my biceps by just doing dumbbell curls and chin-ups and by using lighter weights.
