I know some guys that grunt and yell like crazy when they workout. It’s actually kinda funny at times. I make some noise but I’m not loud. It just depends on how intense the workout is getting.

How much noise do you make when you workout?

A good night’s sleep is very important for your body. I have crappy sleepy habits as I only sleep about four-six hours a night. A lack of sleep hinders tissue repair, weakens your immune system, contributes to weight gain (fat not muscle), increases your risk of injury, lowers your performance, decreases energy, increases irritability, and lessens focus. I still have good workouts and muscle gains even though I don’t sleep much yay!

How many hours do you sleep per night?

My progress this year has been good. I’ve been bulking up a bit. I’m just trying to put on some more muscle.

Are you happy with your progress in 2012 so far?

I love running stairs outdoors. It’s probably my favourite form of cardio.
